PASTE INTO: Admin -> Site Setup -> Code Editor -> "Extra Header Code"
This is ~100 KB, which is large for a textarea. The CSS-file route in the README
is the better option at this size.
If you already pasted an OLDER version of the forms CSS, replace it with the new
forms-common.css first - the old one hardcoded the previous colours.
