Dr. Kaul completed his MBBS in 1979, MS (General Surgery) in 1982, and MCh (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery) from Bombay University.
He also has a Fellowship in Heart & Lung transplant from Hannover Medical School, a Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery from Leipzig Heart Centre, Germany, and a Fellowship in Adult Cardiac Surgery from Royal Melbourne Children's Hospital, Melbourne.
