• Dr. Sircar obtained his MD in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, New Delhi, in 1990.
• He earned a DNB in Respiratory Diseases from the National Board of Examination, New Delhi, in 1991.
• Dr. Sircar also received a Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute in 1986.
