About Dr. Rahul Bhargava

Dr. Rahul Bhargava is a renowned haematologist with over 24 years of clinical experience.
He has completed more than 1500 stem cell transplants with consistent success to date.
From 2011 to 2013, he established the first stem cell transplant centre at Medanta the Medicity in Gurgaon.
In 2016, he was the first Indian doctor to introduce and advocate stem cell transplants as a treatment for multiple sclerosis.
He has been instrumental in setting up ten low-cost bone marrow transplant centres across India, including Batra Hospital, Sarvodaya Hospital, and Action Balaji Hospital.
He actively works with government programs to support his vision of an anaemia-free and thalassemia-free India by providing affordable BMT treatment.
Dr. Bhargav completed his MBBS in 2001 and his MD in Medicine in 2004 from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
He earned his DM in Clinical Haematology from AIIMS, New Delhi, in 2009.
He screened over 500 schoolchildren in Haryana and nearby areas in 2018 as part of his community haematology efforts.
He has conducted over 1,000 Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for medical professionals.
Dr. Bhargava is widely respected as one of the top haematologists in Delhi and Gurgaon for his dedication to spreading awareness about blood disorders.
He is also an active member of the Delhi Haematology Group.
