About Dr. Ravi Sauhta

Dr. (Prof.) Ravi Sahuta is an Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 37 years of experience.
He specializes in polytrauma patient management, limb salvage surgeries for large bone tumors, pelvic-acetabular surgery, adult joint reconstruction, and revision joint surgery for failed joints.
Dr. Sahuta led and developed the Orthopedics department at Paras Hospital (2006–2016), establishing various sub-specialties.
He completed his MBBS from Nagpur University in 1988 and MS (Orthopedics) from KMU Institute of Medical Sciences in 1991.
His advanced training includes an Orthopedic Fellowship from Bombay Orthopaedic Society (BOS, 1993), Wockhardt Spine Fellowship, Bombay (1995), MCh (Orthopedics) from Sychil University, USA (2012), and fellowships in pelvic-acetabular surgery and adult joint reconstruction at Regions Hospital, University of Minnesota.
Dr. Sahuta has also completed fellowship training in the USA and Korea focusing on arthroplasty and spine procedures, training in the Ilizarov Method at Dr. Kulkarni's Centre, Miraj (1991), and in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at LT General Hospital, Sion, Bombay (1992).
He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Indian Orthopedic Association, Bombay Orthopedic Society, Trauma Society of India, AO Trauma Association, Indian Orthobiologics Society (IBOM), Indian Orthopedic Global Academy (IOGA), Indian Foot Society, Gurgaon Orthopedic Society (GOS), Delhi Orthopedic Association, Indian Rheumatology Association, Indian Medical Association (IMA), National Academy of Medical Sciences, as well as the Haryana, Chandigarh, Bombay, and Maharashtra Medical Councils.
